Property Accountant

Overview

Become a key player at Colonnade Bridge Port as a Property Accountant, managing financial aspects across a diverse property portfolio. Deliver exact institutional financial statements while ensuring accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will report to a Property Accounting Supervisor and collaborate with a dedicated team.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they meet generally accepted accounting practices and owner requirements.
• Coordinate annual budgets and assist in interpreting property financial operations.
• Prepare institutional financial statements for assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and owner requirements.
• Maintain accurate monthly tenant charges and recoveries.
• Manage property cash flow effectively.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Bilingual in French and English (preferred).
• Experience with Yardi 7s software (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
