Position: Healthcare Accounts Payable & Receivable Role
Take on a vital role in healthcare finance as an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Partners Community Health. This position in Mississauga emphasizes accurate financial processing and vendor management.

At PCH, you will handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable operations, collaborating closely with multiple departments. Your attention to detail will drive compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient financial processes. You will support the month-end closing and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code high-volume invoices for payment

• Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries

• Prepare invoices and monitor accounts receivable aging

• Help reconcile accounts and provide audit support

• Suggest and implement process enhancements within the team

Requirements:

• Accounting/Finance diploma or degree required

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AP/AR

• ERP system proficiency, preferably in MS Dynamics 365

• Strong Excel skills and attention to accuracy

• Experience in a non-profit or healthcare environment
