This position requires a dedicated candidate with a strong background in accounting and a minimum of three years of experience in AP and AR. You will assist in resolving discrepancies, manage various financial tasks, and perform vendor correspondence in both French and English. Your contributions will ensure smooth accounting operations and support the overall finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate coding of invoices and expense reports
• Prepare purchase orders and attach necessary documentation
• Investigate and resolve issues with invoices
• Generate daily invoices and manage customer accounts
• Assist with monthly reports and year-end work
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Bilingual in French and English
• Accounting education preferred
• Experience with INFOR Syteline software
• Strong problem-solving skills
