About the Opportunity
Timely issuance of billings
Prepare manual invoices and process credit card payments
Full-cycle Accounts Payable
Cash applications
Call customers for outstanding payments on overdue accounts
Monitor customer aging and follow up on invoices
About You
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills
2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
Large accounting ERP experience, SAP experience is preferred
Salary Range
$25 - $27 an hour
