Accounting Analyst

Position: Dynamic Accounting Analyst Role
Grackle Docs seeks an adaptable Accounting Analyst with proficiency in SaaS revenue principles and customer engagement. This role combines accounting, receivables, and payroll duties within a high-stakes environment.

Reporting to the VP finance, you'll play a critical role in overseeing multiple key functions. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take charge of responsibilities. Your skills will support Grackle Docs in its mission to ensure digital accessibility across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily bank transactions and reconciliations

• Oversee month-end journal entries and compliance

• Send customer invoices and manage corrections

• Facilitate payroll functions across different entities

• Maintain vendor records and assist with payments

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline

• In-depth knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition

• Background in fast-paced, small company environments

• Comfortable communicating with customers

• High attention to detail for deadline management
