Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and input invoices into D365 accurately

• Prepare and review vendor statements monthly

• Resolve payment disputes with vendors

• Assist with month-end close processes

• Maintain compliance with job aids and training materials

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable

• Strong grasp of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with large ERP systems, ideally D365

• Methodical attention to detail
