In this integral role, you will manage both accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining financial integrity, strong vendor relationships, and assist in the month-end close process. Collaboration with other departments will enhance service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and monitor invoices for accuracy
• Post payments and reconcile bank deposits
• Perform 2- or 3-way matching on invoices
• Prepare weekly EFT and cheque payments
• Identify improvements in AP/AR processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years in full-cycle AP
• Familiarity with healthcare or non-profit sectors
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably MSD 365
• Attention to detail and accuracy
