As a Bookkeeper at Rapidx Transport, you’ll work full-time, with hours ranging from 30 to 44 per week. Candidates need a minimum of 3 months to a year of relevant education or equivalent experience.
Your role will focus on payroll, account maintenance, and financial record accuracy, directly contributing to effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and calculate payroll cheques regularly
• Keep and balance various financial accounts accurately
• Maintain general ledgers and manage financial statements
• Post necessary journal entries
• Conduct regular account reconciliations
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year of relevant bookkeeping education or experience
• Proficient with both manual and computerized systems
• Detail-oriented with strong financial acumen
• Ability to commit to 30 to 44 hours weekly
• Knowledge of trial balances and ledgers
