RIGHT SERVICE RIGHT CHOICE seeks an experienced Bookkeeper in Mississauga. Contribute your accounting skills and manage vital financial tasks in a full-time, on-site role.
This position is permanent at our Mississauga office, with 35 hours of work each week. You will be responsible for tasks including payroll calculations, maintaining accounts, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and a diploma or equivalent, along with a strong focus on detail and organization in both manual and computerized bookkeeping settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
• Manage financial records and balance accounts
• Prepare tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Conduct account reconciliations regularly
• Post necessary journal entries
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Relevant college diploma or equivalent experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to various bookkeeping tools
• Work must be completed on-site in Mississauga
