The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of payroll experience and solid accounts payable knowledge. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will manage payroll processing for employees in Canada and the US, as well as ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
Your role is vital for maintaining operational excellence in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing and compliance
• Ensure accurate coding and recording of invoices
• Schedule payments and monitor vendor relationships
• Prepare accounts payable reports and analyze cash flow
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams
Requirements:
• 2+ years of payroll experience required
• 1+ years in accounts payable administration
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Acumatica is a plus
