Position: AR/AP Specialist with Expertise in Accounting

Your primary responsibilities will include daily invoicing, vendor transaction processing, and maintaining updated customer records. You will play an essential role in supporting audits and monthly financial reconciliations to enhance overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily customer invoicing and processing of credit requests

• Verify and upload invoices to billing portals

• Manage customer setup and maintain accurate files

• Process vendor payments and reconcile statements

• Document and assist in balance sheet reconciliations

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of AR/AP or general accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree or associate’s degree in accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft tools including Excel

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
