Position: PCH Intermediate Accountant Role
Elevate your accounting career as an Intermediate Accountant for Partners Community Health. Focus on key functions of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a not-for-profit setting.

In this pivotal role, you will support the finance department by handling daily accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include processing vendor invoices, issuing billings, and preparing various financial statements. You will also engage in reconciliation processes and audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP while collaborating with departments to continuously improve financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all vendor invoices with accurate approvals

• Handle billings for residents and resolve discrepancies

• Perform bank and payroll reconciliations regularly

• Provide support for audit preparations and documentation

• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting

Requirements:

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems like MS Dynamics 365

• Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
