Position: Contract Accounts Payable Role at goeasy
Contribute to financial operations as a Contract Accounts Payable Associate at goeasy Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario. This 18-month opportunity is ideal for those skilled in invoice management and reconciliation.

As part of goeasy’s finance team, you will be responsible for coding and inputting vendor invoices while ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve invoice and payment issues effectively, facilitating smooth communication with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input vendor invoices and credits into Microsoft D365

• Review and resolve discrepancies in invoicing

• Manage AP inbox and vendor-specific requirements

• Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts

• Prepare and assist in month-end closing tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in accounts payable roles

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and D365

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
