Position: Banyan Capital Accounts Receivable Role
Become an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Banyan Capital Partners in Mississauga. This role focuses on the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and collections.

We're looking for a skilled professional to handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations, such as generating customer invoices, processing cash receipts, and ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations. Collaborating directly with the Controller, you will streamline workflows in Sage Intacct while maintaining accurate records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute timely customer invoices

• Reconcile incoming monetary transactions efficiently

• Maintain organized records and billing documentation

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Address billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 1-3 years in related accounting functions

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

• Familiarity with accounting software;
