Senior Property Accountant

The position demands seasoned property accountants with at least five years of experience. You will oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, tenant ledgers, and lease reconciliations, working closely with finance teams and senior leadership to ensure precise financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting

• Maintain tenant ledgers, rent rolls, and outstanding balances

• Review lease agreements for occupancy costs

• Complete annual property-tax reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries and balance-sheet reconciliations

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in property accounting

• Experience with multi-entity portfolios

• Strong knowledge of CAM recoveries and property taxes

• Proficiency in Sage 300 or similar software

• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
