Collections Representative - Bilingual

As a vital member of our Collections team, your responsibilities will include handling collection efforts on past-due accounts and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will be instrumental in processing account adjustments and tracking vendor invoices accurately. Regular communication with all stakeholders is essential to address delinquency effectively, requiring keen organization and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in collection activities on delinquent accounts

• Resolve discrepancies and customer issues

• Finalize invoices and ensure data accuracy

• Follow up with clients, dealers, and team members

• Identify and research challenging accounts as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant College Diploma

• 1-3 years in Collections or Auto Financing

• Fluent in French and English

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
