Mississauga Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Mississauga Accounts Receivable Specialist Needed
Take on the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario. Work onsite 5 days a week, managing cash applications and assisting with finance functions.

This position requires a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle the entire cash application process and resolve payments issues promptly. Your expertise in general accounting and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, will be essential. Collaborate with the finance team on various projects while maintaining confidentiality in all dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of customer cash applications

• Assist in resolving unapplied cash and short payments

• Participate in audit functions and projects

• Generate monthly customer statements

• Run weekly aging reports for monitoring

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Business related field

• At least 2 years of customer contact office experience

• Cash application experience preferred but not required

• Proficiency in MS Office and Business Central

• Strong detail-oriented organizational skills
