Strategic Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes

• Oversee project cost accounting and budgeting activities

• Drive accuracy in forecasting and work-in-progress reviews

• Partner with operations to enhance financial decision-making

• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred (CA, CGA, or CMA)

• 7-10+ years in construction or project-based environments

• Expertise in job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems

• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
