Accounts Payable Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will manage vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial records with utmost accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately within payment terms

• Match invoices to purchase orders for validation

• Prepare payment runs including ACH and electronic payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies

• Assist with month-end accruals and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required

• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
