Revenue Accounting Supervisor Hybrid

Join a leading property management company as a Revenue Accounting Supervisor in Mississauga. This hybrid role demands meticulous oversight of tenant revenue, cash activity, and team management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Divisional Controller, handling all revenue accounting tasks for a residential real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities include monitoring rent collections, overseeing daily cash activities, and ensuring accurate postings while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash activity, bank transfers, and reconciliations

• Investigate deposit discrepancies and banking issues

• Monitor and process rent collections, including electronic payments

• Manage PAD setup, reconciliation, and issue resolution

• Ensure accurate posting of tenant charges and payments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field

• Over 2 years of accounting experience in property management

• 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Yardi Voyager

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
