Elevate your accounting career with Banyan Capital Partners as an Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist in Mississauga. This full-time role focuses on cash receipts, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

At Banyan Capital Partners, an integral part of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, you will handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations. You'll liaise with sales teams to ensure timely invoicing while managing customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies. This role is crucial for maintaining effective workflows using Sage Intacct as you support the accounting team’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate customer invoices on schedule

• Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts

• Maintain organized records of issued invoices

• Follow up on overdue balances and escalate when needed

• Assist in month-end AR close activities

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1–3 years in accounts receivable or billing

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with accounting software, Sage Intacct is a plus
