Responsibilities include handling reconciliations, managing payroll entries, accounting for GST/HST, and preparing financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities

• Record and reconcile transactions including deposits and payments

• Investigate anomalies in transactions and account balances

• Complete bank and credit-card reconciliations monthly

• Prepare financial reports for internal review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience

• Strong knowledge of GST/HST accounting and reconciliation

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in managing payroll and intercompany transactions
