Rodan Energy is searching for a Corporate Controller to manage all accounting functions, from financial reporting to compliance and controls. You will be instrumental in leading month-end close processes, coordinating audits, and implementing effective accounting policies. Additionally, focusing on continuous improvement and automation will be vital for scaling the finance operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct monthly and annual financial close processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Develop and maintain internal control frameworks

• Lead and mentor the accounting team for performance excellence

• Manage interactions with external advisors and stakeholders
Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 8–12+ years of accounting leadership experience

• Proficient knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity financials

• Expertise in modern ERP systems and automation tools

• Experience in the energy sector highly desirable
