Dilawri Group in Ontarioislooking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Regional Accounting team at our Regional Office in Mississauga.
Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 annual salary
Responsibilities:
- Sorting,coding and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into CDK system
- Verifyand match invoices to purchase orders
- Processbi-weekly on-demand cheques
- Process monthly cheque run
- Process monthly business office remittances
- Reconcile vendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements
- Reconcile electronic transfer payments account
- Reconcile sublet and payables schedules
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Have working knowledge of the accounting cycle
- Accounts Payable related experience
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Beself-motivated and pro-active
- Abilityto handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
- Abilityto work independently and as a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization
- Automotive Experience would be an asset
- CDKexperience would be an asset
