Position: e-Zinc Senior Accountant Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain confidential payroll records

• Handle weekly accounts payable and expense reimbursements

• Prepare necessary grant claims and documentation

• Reconcile both bank accounts and credit cards

• Support annual audits and various reconciliations

Requirements:

• Educational background in Accounting or related studies

• 3–5 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Net Suite

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach
