In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of payroll in regions including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta. Your leadership will enhance payroll compliance, reporting, and internal controls. Drive process improvements and safeguard operational standards while fostering a culture of accountability within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct payroll operations and compliance activities

• Lead payroll reporting and audit coordination

• Nurture and mentor payroll team members

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Ensure adherence to payroll regulations
Requirements:

• 7 years of payroll leadership experience

• Mandatory PCP designation, with CPM preferred

• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll regulations

• Experience in payroll process improvement

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
