Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist

About the Opportunity   
· Assist with data entry, bank reconciliations, report generation, and other basic bookkeeping tasks.

· Assist in Full Cycle Bookkeeping activities using Quickbooks Online (AR/AP/GL)

· Accounts Receivable:
Payment collections and reconciliations

· Accounts Payable:
Vendor and Contractor Bills and Payments

· Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

· Financial reporting and ad hoc finance operations projects and requests

· Reconciling timesheets, contractor invoices, follow up with the contractors as required

· Assist in monthly filings and remittances.

· Receive, send and handle various documentation such as invoices, purchase orders etc

· Follow-up with employees and contractors through email and phone for time and expenses

· Facilitate legal documentation within tight timelines SOWs, NDA’s, MSA’s and liaise with the legal team as required

· Assist in the preparation of licensing quotes for the sales team and clients

· Prepare biweekly employee payroll

About You

· 2+ years of junior accounting experience

· Some payroll experience/have to prepare bi-weekly payroll for a few employees

· Quickbooks

Pay Range
$25 - $33 per hour
