Manager, Accounts Payable at TRP

As the Accounts Payable Manager at Trillium Rail Partners, you will lead the accounts payable function for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions while managing compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Your leadership will shape an effective accounts payable team as you work towards supporting the larger financial goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor invoices accurately

• Supervise and train accounts payable team members

• Resolve payment disputes and address vendor queries

• Prepare for month-end and year-end financial closes

• Conduct accounts payable reconciliations and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 10+ years in accounts payable or related roles

• 4+ years of supervisory experience required

• Familiarity with construction financial principles

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Lead the financial stewardship of TRP with effective accounts payable management.
