We are looking for a proficient Accounting Services Representative with at least one year of relevant experience to join our team. You will handle payment processing, reconciliation of accounts, and invoice management to ensure accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payments and bank deposits

• Prepare invoices and financial reports for clients

• Post broker billing statements in our systems

• Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding issues

• Review cash reports and correct journal entries

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a similar accounting role

• College diploma in accounting is beneficial

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in standard office applications

• Eligibility to work in Canada necessary
