Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor and service provider invoice processing

• Oversee compliance with vendor agreements

• Handle fixed asset monitoring and expenses

• Confirm contractor’s expense payments

• Execute tax filing and payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Three years of general accounting experience required

• Preferred two years’ experience with Quick Books

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Strong communication skills and ethical standards
