Financial Analyst

Dematic is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage month-end closing and ensure balance sheet integrity. You will prepare Canadian sales tax returns, maintain payroll accounting accuracy, and support compliance with IFRS standards. Strong analytical skills and proactive ownership will drive success in this position, partnering across functions to deliver timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete month-end closing processes and variance analysis

• Prepare and file Canadian sales tax returns accurately

• Manage payroll accounting activities and reconciliations

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting

• Support external auditors during financial reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

• 2-5 years of relevant experience required

• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and ADP

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities

• Proven analytical and communication skills
