Reporting to the Cost Controller, you'll oversee financial monitoring and reporting for the GTAA Accelerator Program, ensuring accurate cost control practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive cost control systems across projects

• Develop timely Estimate-at-Completion forecasts

• Analyze cost impacts and update project budgets

• Generate monthly financial reports for executive review

• Confirm subcontractor progress claims align with agreements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 5-7 years in project cost controls

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel

• Comprehensive knowledge of change management

• Relevant certifications such as CPA or PMP are preferred
