Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee A/R payments and their accurate application

• Investigate and resolve A/P invoice discrepancies

• Prepare vendor invoices and bank transfer documentation

• Conduct monthly journal entry reviews

• Order and manage office supplies for seamless operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• 2-4 years of relevant corporate experience

• Knowledge of accounting practices and financial controls

• Experience with Modular software preferred

• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking
