Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Complete TMS interface batch reconciliations and postings.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, including invoice posting, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and other related activities.
• Assist in developing checks-and-balances tools within the month-end process to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain required information promptly and ensure updates are incorporated into month-end reporting procedures.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely manner; analyze, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliations between various billing systems and the ERP to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct financial analysis to support ongoing financial operations.
• Participate in system implementation/migration and process-improvement projects.
• Assist with interim and year-end audit preparation.
• Support additional reporting requirements, including external customer reporting.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.

• 3) Advanced Excel Skills
