Position: Full-Time Cash Accounting Analyst at PCLI
Become a Cash Accounting Analyst at Petro-Canada Lubricants, where you will manage cash transactions and customer billing activities. This is a full-time on-site position in Mississauga.

As part of HF Sinclair, your role will involve daily record management of customer payments and resolving discrepancies in cash applications. You will also liaise with internal teams to maintain operational GL account accuracy and support appropriate billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all wire payments and cheque deposits effectively

• Engage with bank personnel for transaction clarity

• Participate in system improvements through special projects

• Ensure Accounts Receivable postings align with bank totals

• Support audit processes by providing required documentation

Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge is essential

• 2-3 years' experience in cash applications preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with SAP is a valuable asset
