Advance your career with a Cash Accounting Analyst position located in Mississauga, Canada. Support cash application processes and customer billing in an engaging financial operations environment.
This role requires 2–3 years of cash application experience in payment processing or accounts receivable. You will be key in resolving cash discrepancies, managing customer billing, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a college diploma in accounting or finance, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately post CAD and USD wire payments and deposits
• Reconcile accounts against bank totals
• Investigate and resolve cash application discrepancies
• Maintain documentation for audits and improvements
• Monitor customer portals for invoice status
Requirements:
• College diploma in accounting or finance preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge required
• Experience with SAP is a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
