Take charge as a Billing and Payables Supervisor, managing the accounting team responsible for freight billing and vendor payments. This role emphasizes accuracy in financial management while enhancing relationships with vendors.

As the Billing and Payables Supervisor, you will lead a team of clerks handling high-volume accounting tasks related to transport operations. Your expertise with Blue Yonder and TMW software will facilitate accurate billing and collections while driving compliance and cash flow improvements. You'll serve as a key escalatory point for resolving complex billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage accounts receivable and payable teams

• Ensure accuracy in freight billing and collections

• Resolve billing disputes and vendor inquiries

• Oversee compliance in financial transactions

• Identify system inefficiencies and optimize workflows

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in transport accounting with supervisory experience

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Knowledge of Blue Yonder and TMW systems

• Proficient communication in English;
French is an asset

• Required secondary education; diploma in relevant field preferred
