Position: Community Living Accountant Role

As a key member of the Finance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining ledgers and facilitating accurate accounting while valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizational practices. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in preparing budgets and responding to audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate monthly bank reconciliations and ledger entries

• Prepare journal entries and manage financial transactions

• Assist in annual budget preparation and analysis

• Support audit processes and compliance assessments

• Engage with various stakeholders on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance necessary

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience

• CPA designation in progress is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office, Sage 300, and advanced Excel

• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
