Join Vaco/Highspring as a Finance Manager on a 3-month contract in the Greater Toronto Area. Manage full-cycle accounting and reporting while driving financial efficiencies.
As Finance Manager, you'll handle comprehensive accounting activities, prepare financial reporting materials, and oversee payroll operations. Candidates should have familiarity with Sage Intacct and a knack for budgeting, all while finding innovative ways to enhance financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting activities including AP and AR
• Create detailed financial reporting dashboards
• Ensure payroll is processed correctly and on time
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Review controls within Sage to improve efficiency
Requirements:
• Experience with financial reporting and dashboards
• Proficient in payroll processing
• Full-cycle AP/AR accounting expertise
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other accounting software
• Preferred experience in budgeting reviews
