En tant que consultant fiscal, votre tâche sera de faciliter la déclaration des clients avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience en la matière. Vous exploitez votre maîtrise des logiciels d'impôt pour guider les clients et résoudre leurs problèmes fiscaux. Ce poste requiert également une communication efficace, tant en français qu'en anglais, pour assurer une expérience client optimale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aider les clients à remplir leurs déclarations avec Turbo Impôt
• Proposer des conseils fiscaux personnalisés
• Utiliser les sites gouvernementaux pour soutien
• Interagir via vidéo et documenter les échanges
• Vérifier les déclarations effectuées par les clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en préparation d'impôts
• Expertise en logiciels fiscaux
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
• Minimum de 20 heures par semaine.
