Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and accurately enter invoices into the system

• Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders

• Manage invoice approvals and track status

• Organize electronic document storage for invoices

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable

• Proficient in Quick Books and Excel (VLOOKUPs)
