As part of the finance leadership team, you will partner with the CFO to oversee global accounting, SEC reporting, and internal controls. This role requires strong technical accounting skills and public company experience in a dynamic medical technology setting. You will also enhance operational efficiency and oversee all financial compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee global consolidation for multiple operations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP
• Prepare SEC filings including Form 10-K and 10-Q
• Enhance internal control frameworks for compliance
Requirements:
• 7-10+ years in accounting and finance
• CPA designation required, with public reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Proven leadership in finance teams
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
