Manage accounts receivable and invoicing for Banyan Capital Partners from its full-time, in-office Mississauga location using Sage Intacct and Excel.
This specialist executes the daily accounts receivable cycle for a portfolio company. Responsibilities include customer invoicing, cash receipts, collections follow-up, statement reconciliation, and records maintenance. Working with the Controller, the specialist supports accurate records and template-driven accounting workflows in Sage Intacct.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate, review, and issue accurate customer invoices
- Upload Excel billing templates into Sage Intacct
- Post and reconcile payments to customer accounts
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing inquiries
- Assist with month-end close, aging schedules, and reconciliations
- Accounting, Finance, or related degree required
- One to three years of accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables
- Hands-on accounting software experience;
Sage Intacct exposure preferred
