Manage AGI applications and rent increases as an in-office Rent Administration Coordinator with Accountivity in Peel Region, Ontario. Apply Yardi Voyager and Excel expertise daily.
This temporary Rent Administration Coordinator position supports residential tenancy portfolios and regulatory compliance. You will prepare AGI applications, generate N1 notices, calculate adjustments, and maintain accurate records. The work requires detailed analysis, tenant communication, and coordination across property management functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and process AGI applications
- Generate, audit, and distribute N1 rent increase notices
- Calculate rent increases, adjustments, and effective dates
- Maintain tenant and rent data in Yardi Voyager
- Respond to inquiries about rent increases and accounts
- Two or more years in rent or lease administration
- Strong knowledge of AGIs and N1 notices
- Experience working with Yardi Voyager
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills
