Manage accounts receivable and customer invoicing with Banyan Capital Partners in Mississauga, working full time from the office on financial accuracy.
This Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Specialist supports a portfolio company of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group. You will execute invoicing, cash receipts, collections follow-up, and account reconciliation. The role also supports streamlined, template-driven workflows in Sage Intacct.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices on schedule
- Upload Excel billing templates into Sage Intacct
- Post and reconcile incoming customer payments
- Investigate payment discrepancies and billing inquiries
- Support month-end aging schedules and reconciliations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- One to three years of accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with accounting software;
Sage Intacct is advantageous - Ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately
