This Revenue Accountant supports revenue accounting within a residential property management environment. You will use Yardi for property accounting and related activities. The work includes supporting Ontario Above Guideline Rent Increase processes, accurate records, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support revenue accounting activities within residential property management
- Assist with rent administration and related accounting activities
- Support the Ontario Above Guideline Rent Increase process
- Utilize Yardi for residential property accounting activities
- Maintain accurate rent and revenue-related documentation
- Experience with Yardi in residential property management
- Hands-on Ontario Above Guideline Rent Increase process experience
- Previous revenue accounting or property accounting experience
- Experience in a related property management role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
