Analyze contracts, billing data, and revenue accuracy for Vaco/Highspring in the Greater Toronto Area. Advanced Excel and clear communication are central.
This Finance Contracts Analyst role focuses on reviewing customer agreements and confirming pricing, discounts, and billing terms. You will examine invoices and subscription activity, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate account reconciliations. The work also involves coordinating with several internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Review customer contracts for accurate pricing and billing terms
- Check invoices, billing data, and subscription activity
- Investigate missed revenue and customer billing disputes
- Analyze credit requests, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Resolve contract questions with internal teams
- Three or more years of revenue or billing experience
- Background in an accounting or finance role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience analyzing complex data across multiple systems
- Effective communication with several internal teams
