Support Toronto’s Eglinton Crosstown West Extension through senior project accounting, reconciliations, and accounts payable operations with Trillium Rail Partners.
As Senior Accounts Payable/Project Accountant, you will support the Finance and Admin Lead across accounting and finance operations. Your work covers account reconciliations, affiliate and partner tracking, transaction investigation, month-end support, and audit documentation. You will help maintain accurate records and reliable project cost reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reconciliations, financial schedules, and supporting records
- Track affiliate invoices, recharges, payments, balances, and outstanding items
- Provide backup invoice processing and purchase order matching
- Coordinate cost-plus billing documentation and client queries
- Prepare audit schedules, listings, and supporting evidence
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Eight or more years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Knowledge of reconciliations, accruals, accounts payable, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP and project financial systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting
