Customer Collections Analyst

Support customer collections and payment resolution at MAD Elevator’s Mississauga facility, using strong follow-up, reconciliation, and financial accuracy skills. This contract runs one year.

As a Collections Specialist, you will manage assigned customer accounts across the MAD Elevator Group. Daily work includes reviewing aging reports, contacting customers, tracking commitments, and coordinating invoice corrections or account adjustments. You will also communicate account status, obstacles, and next steps to management.

• Review aging reports and identify overdue invoices
• Maintain customer contact histories and follow-up dates
• Reconcile accounts and clarify payment allocations
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Finance
• Provide management updates on collection progress

• At least two years in collections or accounts receivable
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and achieve resolution
• Professional verbal and written customer communication
• Strong time management, accuracy, and independent judgment
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook tracking experience
