Use advanced accounting and reconciliation skills as a Senior Finance Operations Analyst with Express Scripts Canada in hybrid Mississauga. Full-time, two days onsite weekly.
This senior Finance position supports ongoing accounting functions across Express Scripts Canada. Responsibilities include revenue, expenses, inventory accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end closing, and indirect sales tax filing. The role also supports financial operations, documentation, auditors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and post transactions to journals and general ledger
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Liaise with operations teams, business partners, and auditors
- Support projects, testing, and special assignments
- Completed or nearly completed CPA designation
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business
- Eight or more years of multifaceted accounting experience
- Enterprise systems experience with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong Excel, Word, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
